A Partnership
with Deep Expertise
Breakbulk Terminal for Project Assembly
BlueLift and Pasha are partnering to develop Berths 171-173 at Port of Los Angeles. It will be an innovative, multipurpose facility that will fill a critical gap in California’s supply chain, driving California’s offshore clean energy transition and accelerating its leap forward to space.
BlueLift’s leaders have decades of experience in California regulatory policymaking, government relations, labor relations, and communications for the clean energy strategy. Pasha is a major operator of marine terminals, logistics, and stevedoring services on the West Coast and Hawaii. It operates the largest breakbulk terminal in Southern California, next door to BlueLift at Berths 174-181.
Pasha will support our terminal’s operations, will provide all stevedoring services, and will coordinate the provision of tugboats and barges.
