Driving California’s
Offshore Energy Transition
A Unique Location
BlueLift at Berths 171-173 in Port of Los Angeles will provide a strategic location for multiple uses: 14 acres on the East Basin Channel, with a heavy weight-bearing wharf, and multiple support services from the adjacent Pasha breakbulk terminal.
Multi-Purpose, Versatile
A fourteen-acre facility with 25,000-ton weight-bearing capacity for both wharf and backlands. Fully electrified equipment, in early compliance with the 2030 goals of the San Pedro Bay Ports Clean Air Action Plan. With full road and rail access, BlueLift will enable the full capture and mitigation of emissions, tight housekeeping and stormwater controls, and practicable facilitation of perimeter monitoring for environmental compliance.
Flexible uses, including: the disassembly and staging of decommissioned offshore oil platforms; the construction and assembly of offshore wind platforms and related equipment; the staging and transfer of seaborne commercial spacecraft en route to Vandenberg Space Force Base; and a wide variety of project cargo.
